Rho's corporate headquarters are located in Chapel Hill, NC, home of the University of NC. Chapel Hill is also adjacent to the internationally recognized Research Triangle Park, so named because it is situated in the "Triangle" formed by 3 of the country's leading universities—UNC/Chapel Hill, Duke and North Carolina State University. Rho's offices in Massachusetts specialize in study design, data summary, statistical analysis, and reporting. The staff works on projects in conjunction with the Chapel Hill office or independently, according to the needs of the client. In addition to generating the usual clinical trial summary summaries, the staff has experience in statistical consulting, exploratory data analysis, quality assurance of previously-generated tables, and the examination of the robustness of reported results. Directions to RhoMASS in Newton, MA 199 Wells Ave, Suite 302 WHEN ON THE PIKE, AVOID THE TOLL LANES MARKED "FAST LANE" (YELLOW SIGNS). YOU WILL NEED CASH FOR TOLL FEES. N.B. Route 128 and Route 95 are the same road in the area of Massachusetts to which these directions pertain. Directions are given on how to reach Rho, Inc.: 1. From Logan Airport Leaving the airport, follow the signs to US 90 West, the Massachusetts Turnpike. To get to the office from there: ALTERNATE: If you know how to navigate Newton Corner, take the Pike Exit 17 rather than Exit 15. See 7 below (directions “From Boston, on the Pike via Exit 17 and Center Street”). 2. From the north on 128-95 Warning: During rush hour, it is legal to drive on 128 in the breakdown lane. Exit with caution. Take 128-95 south from the Pike (Rt 90) about 3.5 miles to the 3rd set of exits (each “exit” has an A/B component) and take exit 19B (Highland Avenue/Newton Highlands), which comes before 19A when you are going south. Proceed up the exit ramp and go to the first light. Turn LEFT. Go on the winding residential road to a light (about a mile). At the light, turn LEFT on Kendrick (which becomes Nohanton). On Kendrick/Nohanton, go about 0.8 miles to the second light, which is at Wells Avenue. Take a RIGHT at the light onto Wells Avenue. At the first intersection, take a LEFT directly in front of the sign for 60 Wells Avenue. The 199 building will be directly in front of you. The second driveway on the left turns into our parking lot. 3. From the Pike/128-95 intersection If you are coming from the west, take Exit 14 and stay in the right lane. After the tollbooth, stay right and get onto 128-95 south. If you are coming from the east, take exit 15 for “Waltham, Weston”. After you pay your $1.25 toll, the sign says “Waltham, Dedham”. Follow the ramp around and follow the sign to “South Shore, Cape Cod”, which will be 128-95 south. In either case, follow the directions “From the north on 128-95” to our offices (see 2 above). 4. From the south on 128-95 Warning: During rush hour, it is legal to drive on 128 in the breakdown lane. Exit with caution. Go north on 128-95 to Exit 18. At the top of the ramp of Exit 18, turn RIGHT and go over 128-95 to the first light. At the light, turn RIGHT on Greendale and then go about 1.9 miles on Greendale to the next light. At this light, turn RIGHT onto Kendrick (which becomes Nohanton). On Kendrick/Nohanton, go about 0.8 miles to the second light, which is at Wells Avenue. Take a RIGHT onto Wells Avenue. At the first intersection, take a LEFT directly in front of the sign for 60 Wells Avenue. The 199 building will be directly in front of you. The second driveway on the left turns into our parking lot. 5. From Route 9, from west of 128 Warning: During rush hour, it is legal to drive on 128 in the breakdown lane. Exit with caution. Take Route 9 to 129-95 south. Follow the directions “From the north on 128-95” (see 2 above). 6. From Route 9, from east of Newton Take Route 9 west. When you go under the Parker Street overpass, get in the right lane. Take the exit for “Centre Street”. The exit is level with where you have been driving, whereas Rt 9 goes up a hill. You do not TURN right to take the exit; you just bear right to avoid going up the hill. At the end of the short exit “ramp”, you will come to Centre St.; take a LEFT (carefully!), going under Rt 9, and go to the first light. After passing under Rt 9, go STRAIGHT at the light onto Winchester Street. In about 2 miles, Winchester St. dead-ends. Take a RIGHT onto Nohanton. At the first light, take a LEFT onto Wells Avenue. At the first intersection, take a LEFT directly in front of the sign for 60 Wells Avenue. The 199 building will be directly in front of you. The second driveway on the left turns into our parking lot. 7. From Boston, on the Pike via Exit 17 and Center Street Take the Pike westbound to Exit 17 (Newton Corner). Once on the exit ramp, get into the left-most lane. After the light, go STRAIGHT, avoiding the Pike entrance, which goes off to the left. Once past the Sheraton Tara, bear left to go over the Pike. As you go over the Pike, you want to ease yourself into the right lane, avoiding the traffic merging first from Washington Street and then from a Pike exit. If there is a lot of traffic, this is tricky. After you have gone over the Pike, turn RIGHT at the light onto Centre Street. Follow Centre St. about 2 miles into the village of Newton Centre. At Beacon St., continue on Centre St., which bears right at the Lutheran Church just after the light at Beacon. Stay on Centre St. another mile or so until you cross Walnut St. and go under Rt 9. After passing under Rt 9, go STRAIGHT at the next light, onto Winchester St. In about 2 miles, Winchester St. dead-ends. Take a RIGHT onto Nohanton. At the first light, take a LEFT onto Wells Avenue. At the first intersection, take a LEFT directly in front of the sign for 60 Wells Avenue. The 199 building will be directly in front of you.
