2012 CRO Leadership Awards: Regulatory & Productivity

Each quarter, Nice Insight conducts a survey which asks outsourcing-facing biotech and pharma executives to rank CROs in six categories. Based on survey results from 2012, Rho was awarded the CRO Leadership Award for excellence in Regulatory and Productivity.

The Triangle Business Journal named Rho to its prestigious Best Places to Work in the Triangle list for 2012. Winners were selected based on an employee survey process conducted by Quantum Research.

This award honors employers in the greater Durham area that successfully use workplace flexibility to meet both organizational and employee goals. During the rigorous selection process, applicants were measured against data from a nationally representative sample of employers and had to score in the top 20% for flexible work programs and policies and for the supportiveness of the workplace culture.
