Clinical Research Associate
A Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Rho is a highly accountable professional who possesses sound judgment while providing client service through on-site monitoring of clinical trials in various therapeutic areas. A CRA demonstrates integrity while ensuring that tasks are being conducted in accordance with study-specific protocols, Good Clinical Practices, FDA regulations, and standard operating procedures. To ensure subject safety and the highest possible data quality, the CRA works closely with each clinical site, exhibits a thorough attention to detail, and relies on experience and support from the lead CRA to rapidly respond to study needs.
Client Support Representative
Rho's Client Support Representatives are thorough listeners and professional problem solvers committed to maintaining a cohesive clinical trial process. They work closely with the client to demonstrate the proper use of software and to troubleshoot, diagnose, and respond to user needs. Client Support Representatives ensure each client receives swift, informed resolutions to questions and concerns. They also rely on exceptional organizational skills to create and update sponsor-specific support documentation and assist with drug tracking while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.

Director of Business Development
As the front-line representatives of Rho, our Directors of Business Development are self-motivated, goal-oriented professionals who like people and who develop relationships that help them proactively manage sales activities and exceed goals in their respective territories. In this ambitious role, our directors possess expert knowledge of the full-service CRO industry and strong negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills. They provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients. By developing an outstanding rapport with clients and business partners, our Directors of Business Development identify new business opportunities and cultivate existing client relationships.
Our Research Associates are highly skilled communicators and versatile team players with an unwavering dedication to providing efficiency to each client in the delivery of clinical research. They provide project support services for departments and projects including documentation, organization, administration, and communication tasks. Research Associates may coordinate study communications, write or edit sections of reports such as lab manuals, or assist in the production of scientific papers and presentations.
