The Rho Project Management department is a proactive and flexible project management team that rapidly identifies issues, quickly responds to client requests, and maximizes Rho’s ability to deliver quality results on time. Rho Project Managers are experienced in the design, planning, management, and regulation of clinical trials. This experience allows Rho Project Managers to offer ideas and solutions that help determine the optimal way to meet project objectives. With support from Project Coordinators and Project Associates, the Rho project management team ensures that client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

Our services include:

• Flexible communication
  • Act as central point of contact for all project team members (internal teams, clinical sites, local & central labs, etc)
  • Arrange and attend project meetings
  • Provide ongoing status reporting to clients
• Attentive management
  • Respond rapidly and comprehensively to client requests
  • Determine and disseminate client expectations to the project team
  • Develop client-specific guidelines
• Project Planning
  • Provide comprehensive project plans, including detailed project timelines
  • Anticipate issues that could hinder achievement of timeline metrics
  • Ensure appropriate tracking systems are in place
• Project Execution
  • Oversee the teams responsible for clinical monitoring, data management, laboratory data reporting, programming, statistics, medical writing, and web development, and interactive voice response technologies
• Project Control
  • Provide contract and budget monitoring—as well as suggestions for keeping the project on budget
  • Provide additional management QC of project deliverables— by making sure client requests have been implemented
  • Ensure compliance with Rho SOP’s
• Project Closure
  • Maintain and archive complete project documentation
  • Obtain client feedback and implement into future projects
