Director, Statistical Programming

With more than 15 years of statistical analysis experience, Ms. Franklin serves as Rho’s Director for Statistical Programming. In this role, Ms. Franklin provides leadership and oversight for statistical programming deliverables and is responsible for leading all tasks involved in successful execution of data conversions to CDISC, statistical reporting for all phases of clinical development, and agency submissions.

Working in various therapeutic areas throughout her career, Ms. Franklin’s current focus is in CNS, where she has extensive experience in clinical trials for pain medications, ADHD, and MDDs. Most recently, Ms. Franklin worked cooperatively with Biostatistics and Data Management functional leads to revise and create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. Ms. Franklin is currently leading the effort on numerous complex trials on migraines in children and adolescents.

Prior to her tenure at Rho, Ms. Franklin managed the Biotech’s portfolio for a major CRO, from a statistical programming perspective, by offering technical expertise relevant to statistical programming and analysis for study start up, execution, and close out. She continually yielded high-quality CSR outputs and submission packages with accelerated timelines.

Ms. Franklin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics from Brigham Young University and her Master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
