Why clinical research?

“My job in clinical research provides me with the opportunity to combine my organizational superpowers with my passion to help people in need.”

This is what drives Elizabeth:

“I’m compelled by the incredible risk and reward in the analgesic space. Current therapies assist people in leading normal lives but do allow the opportunity for abuse. Advancing analgesic therapy can provide the possibility of benefitting an incredibly wide range of people, including those suffering from chronic pain in my home state of West Virginia, which has been hit hard by the opioid crisis.”
