Life on the Rho Clinical Team
Consisting of Clinical Research Monitoring, Clinical Team Leadership, Study Start-up and Quality Risk Management, the Rho Clinical Team is just that – a team.
Filled with like-minded individuals passionate about the end results of doing great work, the Clinical Team values diverse experiences and looks out for its own. At Rho, we only accept clients that are a good fit, value employee input, are open to process improvement, and actually give you the opportunity to see a study through from start to finish.
We are detail-oriented, approachable, adaptable, and adept at navigating the complexities that come with working with a lot of different personalities.
Always striving to live our team-first motto, the CTLs provide coaching and an open line of communications to their CRA team members. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team-building activities such as in-person get-togethers, events, and celebrations … allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your team members.
With generous PTO, low turnover, and appropriately staffed studies, join us and see how we’re changing what it means to be a part of a clinical research team.
Joining Rho has been one of the best moves. I feel that my voice is heard, and I have been set up to succeed without after hours worry. This environment is priceless and every day I feel fortunate for having found Rho.
