Myers will champion new programs to enhance company culture and  professional development.  

Research Triangle Park, NC – March 12, 2024 – Rho, a full-service contract research organization (CRO) with a proven track record of drug development success, has appointed 25-year industry veteran Pam Myers, MBA, to the position of Chief People Officer (CPO). In this global role, Myers will oversee Rho’s people strategy, including employee experience, organization development, talent acquisition and management, professional and leadership development, and total rewards strategies.

Myers spent the past 25 years working in human resources, executive leadership, and administration in the healthcare, manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, international development, and insurance fields. Known for bringing a compassionate, personal, and inclusive approach, Myers creates tailored programs that heighten employee experiences while meeting organizational objectives.
