At Rho, we have developed a thorough, yet efficient selection process that provides both you and us the opportunity to evaluate whether we’re a good match. We are careful and selective about who we invite to join Rho, and encourage you to be the same when pursuing a new employer. After all, we both want a long and successful employment partnership!
To help you understand our process, below is a summary of Rho’s typical recruitment cycle:
Rho’s open opportunities are posted here. We have streamlined our application process so all you have to do is upload your resume, answer a few quick questions, and you’re finished! Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your application was submitted successfully.
If you are interested in more than one position at Rho, you should apply to each position.
Applications are reviewed by one of our Human Resources Professionals in the order in which they were received. While we prefer to move quickly, Rho is a sought-after employer of choice and we typically have a large number of applicants to review for each position. Therefore, while a typical review timeline is within 1-2 weeks after submission, please keep in mind that for high demand roles, this process could take a bit longer.
Upon review of your application, if your background seems like a match, you will be contacted via email to schedule an initial interview with one of our Human Resources Professionals. If not, you will be notified that you have not been selected to move forward in our process. This will occur for each position to which you apply. If you are not selected, we hope you will keep Rho in mind for future career opportunities.
Interviewing at Rho
Our typical interview process at Rho may include the following (not all positions follow this format):
• Initial phone or video interview with HR Professional
• 2nd phone interview focusing on the technical aspects of the position
• Face-to-face interview with a cross-functional interview team
• If selected, we will extend an offer of employment and hope you decide to join Rho!
During each phase of our interview process, the Human Resources Professional will stay in touch and keep you updated on your candidacy.
The Interview Process
The initial phone or video interview allows Rho to learn more about your background, skills and experience as well as how your values align with Rho’s culture to help determine whether you are qualified for the position. It also allows you an opportunity to learn more about Rho, the type of work you would be performing, what it is like to work here and help you evaluate if Rho seems like the place for you. Remember, you are also interviewing us!
The 2nd phone interview and face-to-face interview will be more robust interviews, focusing on the position specific requirements, your technical expertise, career interests and overall fit at Rho. During these interviews you will meet with individuals who have performed the job in the past or interact with Rho employees currently performing in the role. Structuring our interview teams with employees from different functional areas allows you an opportunity to ask specific questions of each employee, learn what it is like to work in our project-focused and collaborative environment and help both of us determine whether a future working partnership would be ideal.
Upon completion of the interview process, the entire interview team will evaluate all the candidates and decide to whom we will extend an offer of employment. Human Resources will notify each individual if they are or are not selected.
If Rho decides to extend an offer of employment to you, you will receive a formal written offer from Human Resources. All offers are conditioned upon the applicant satisfactorily completing a background check.
