Federally sponsored medical research
Rho unites our capabilities to deliver results in federal research services
Commercial business is vital to our organization, but our emphasis on federal research distinguishes us from most CROs. Our work in federally sponsored research makes it possible to pursue our passion for advancing medical science, allows us to attract and retain some of the brightest minds in the industry, and reinforces the foundation for quality that permeates the organization.
Rho Federal Systems Division is primarily focused on the coordination of large-scale, multicenter projects. Our employees have served as principal investigators for Coordinating Centers funded by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) as well as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Our historical strength in study design and clinical services gives Rho Federal Systems the capabilities that are unrivaled among clinical research organizations.
Unparalleled expertise drives Rho Federal Systems Division
Many of the industry's top talent have chosen Rho as the place to devote themselves to federally sponsored medical research projects. They enjoy the logistical challenges of coordinating large-scale, multinational studies and thrive on understanding the underlying science and causes for diseases. They are firmly dedicated to identifying preventive measures and developing treatments for autoimmune diseases, asthma, sickle cell anemia, and fungal infections, to name a few. They are also committed to advancing solutions for organ transplantation, and they welcome the opportunity to give back to the scientific community by sharing their discoveries in leading medical journals.
Leading this team is a Principal Investigator roster that reads like a Who's Who of Scientists. Their contributions to science and their many publications demonstrate how Rho consistently produces outstanding results.
Of course, it's more than just the numbers that count
Rho is extremely proud of the contributions our people have made for the good of medicine. With their efforts, they have helped shape national health policy, but more importantly, helped improve patient quality of life. This is why they come to Rho. This is why they stay with Rho.
