Life on the Rho Biometrics Team

Biometrics is in our DNA. Rho began in 1984 as the vision of two people – a nationally recognized biostatistician and the head of clinical data management for one of the most respected child development research institutes in the country. And even today our CEO, Dr. Laura Helms Reece, leans into her Dr. PH. in Biostatistics as she sets the course to improve health, extend life, and enhance quality of life through corporate and research excellence.

Our foundation in biometrics has instilled us with a deep understanding of the importance of quality in all aspects of clinical research, which has grown into a passion. It’s a passion for quality and excellence that continues to drive Rho more than 35 years later.

Consisting of Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers, the Rho Biometrics Team is just that – a team.

Filled with like-minded individuals passionate about the end results of doing great work, the Biometrics Team values diverse experiences and looks out for its own.
